How to create a good night's sleep- creating twilight

One of the important ways to improve your sleep is by creating "twilight" in your evening. This recreates the natural way that your body prepares itself to sleep. Before electricity, the arrival of dark signaled the brain to prepare for sleep. Turning off lights one hour before bed can create an indoor "twilight" and help your body get to sleep.
